Omnisend company History

Rytis Lauris, digital marketing expert and entrepreneur, founded Soundest in April 2013. The idea came to life after realizing that there was no specialized solution for ecommerce email marketing. People were using the same tools, which offered no added value. The company was renamed Omnisend in October 2017, to better describe the omnichannel marketing philosophy behind the platform.
