For those that don’t know Aweber or would like to see a face on an ESP, Here is the founder of Aweber Tom Kulzer, Tom Tate the marketing manager and Chris Henrich, customer support and more giving an introduction in a true “light optimistic piano music on the background”-fashion. 😀
The team seems to be pretty excited about it. We can imagine, as it took them 22 years to get to this point. (Aweber was founded in 1998). They say the Covid crisis and small business struggles tipped the scale for them to finally do it and that might be true. That would never be the only reason, of course. As they say, never waste a good crisis. Many ESPs have tried and tested the freemium / forever free model first introduced by Mailchimp.
