Founded in Austin, Texas in 2010 as Promo Labs, OutboundEngine started out creating email campaigns for promotional product distributors. In 2012, they expanded their platform to include social media marketing and added support for real estate, insurance, mortgage, CPAs, and other small business professionals. In 2013, the name was officially changed to OutboundEngine.
