Zoho, who we know from their online products like CRM, Project Management and Invoicing just released their newest addition to their suite called Zoho Campaigns.
Reportedly the Zoho Suite already boosts an impressive base of over 6 million users.
Native ZOHO CRM integration
Of course one of the strong points of this product is the `native` CRM integration with the Zoho CRM, synching lists and having your contacts available in Zoho CRM and at the same time in ZOHO campaigns.
But the Zoho campaign email software is also fit to work stand alone or with other CRM systems. There is an open API available and currently there is alreadya Google Apps integration, that allows users to synchronize their contacts from their Google accounts with teh email and social platform. Raju Vegesna, Zoho Evangelist commented: “What we ended up with, is a tight two-way integration that can also support multiple CRM data sources.”
Developing a social and email marketing software product seems to be a logical step for Zoho corp. CRM and productivity tools used to be infamous for their poor email and social capabilities. But end users want to easily deploy their campaigns, so there has been a growth of the number of software producers that are now adding more professional modules into their products like HubSpot did earlier this year.
Zoho is launching a combination of a module and stand-alone, where the email and social media software can also be also be used seperately of the “main” product.
Zoho Campaigns offers various pricing schemes similar to what we have seen before with other email marketing software provider. A monthly fee based on the number of subscribers and a pay-as-you go plan and a free version for beignners up to 500 subscribers.
