Fresh Relevance Ltd was founded in 2011 by brothers Mike and Pete Austin, under the name Triggered Messaging. They shared the vision of making real-time marketing simpler, cheaper and more effective.

This is their third business together, and continues their huge experience in digital marketing. Their previous business was one of the UK ESPs, sold to EmailVision / SmartFocus in 2011.
